merchandise is inspected and in strict accordance with Diastuds quality control

guidelines to ensure consistent quality and warrant merchandise conforms to

description and specifications.  All prices are in U.S. Dollars exclusive of foreign,

Federal, State and local taxes and based on current diamond prices and at $1000

gold market.  Diastuds is not responsible for any typographical errors on any

company literature.

Based on our knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by our suppliers all

diamonds sold by Diastuds are conflict free and have been purchased from

legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict  aimed at undermining legitimate

governments, furthermore the diamonds are in compliance with United Nations

General Assembly (UNGA) Resolution 55/56 or in other similar UNGA resolutions

which may be adopted in future.
